Provides overall administrative and technical management on construction and miscellaneous projects, principal interface with customers, and assures successful completion of a project in terms of profitability for Dunbar and satisfaction for the customer.

Provide complete estimates, including G & A, margin assignments, risk analysis (contract review), and labor factors for assigned projects in accordance with Bid Procedures, and assist in making formal presentations of proposals.
